Interactive Video Tools
Blubbr
I decided to explore Blubbr. This site allows you to create free "Trivs." To create a triv you start by giving it a title and pick the video you want to start with. Then you pick a clip of the video to show. After students watch the clip, they have a question that you create to answer. Then you can either pick another clip of the video to watch or get a clip from another video. I used four different videos on the one I created. The triv I created was a review over different types of factoring we discussed in class. I think this would be a great way to review before a test. Below is the link to the Triv I created using Blubbr.

Pros
1) Blubbr is free to use and easy to set-up an account.
2) Blubbr allows you to bring in multiple videos for a single Triv.
3) Blubbr lets you make the clip as long as you want and gives students an opportunity to check for understanding after each clip.
Cons
1) This program constantly had an add pop up wanting you to donate money.
2) When I was creating my triv, the program locked up several times and I had to start over on the question I was working on when it froze. It did save everything up until that point.
3) As a teacher you have no feedback. You can not tell which students watched it or how each student did on it individually.
