Helping Other Teachers
When teachers in my department think they have lost files or have computer issues they normally come to me first. Often times they have accidentally dragged a folder inside of another folder or some other easy fix.
Students also have trouble connecting to the internet from time to time. Some accidentally turn off thier internet by hitting the button at the top of their computer. Other quick fixes that work are reconnecting at the lower left of their screen or opening up a new tab. Also checking to make sure they are signed into the network or restarting their computers. In extreme cases, I have to send them to the IMC to see if they can get on a different network.
