Standard 1- Visionary Leadership
Standard 1.A
Contribute to the development, communication, and implementation of a shared vision for the comprehensive use of technology to support a digital-age education for all students
1) Blog Communication- Here is the blog I created to share the use of technology in my class and updates on technology at CCHS. This artifact satisfies this standard because it shows how I communicated our shored vision for technology to parents and stakeholders.
2) Technology Plan- This is the Technology Plan I came up with for CCHS in W520. This artifact satisfies this standard because it shows I can developed a plan to share my vision for the use of technology to support all students.

Contribute to the planning, development, communication, implementation, and evaluation of technology-infused strategic plans at the district and school levels
1) Strategic Planning _ This artifact satisfies this standard because it is a comprehensive plan to implement my technology plan. It also includes how I will evaluate the effectiveness of the plan and how I will communicate the plan to teachers, students, parents, and stakeholders.
2) Needs Assessment - This artifact hits this standard because it shows I can contribute to the planning, communication, implementation, and evaluation of technology at the school level. In this comprehensive plan I sent out a survey to the staff to evaluate what technology was being used and also the needs of the staff. I used this evaluation to help come up with the developement of this plan.

Standard 2.B
Coach teachers in and model design and implementation of technology-enhanced learning experiences using a variety of research based, learner-centered instructional strategies and assessment tools to address the diverse needs and interests of all students
1) Technology Infused Lesson Plan- This artifact is my lesson plan of a technology infused unit over dividing complex numbers. This shows that I can design and implement technology enhanced lessons and assessments.
2) For this standard I created differentiated assessment using Google Forms. If students answered the question wrong, I sent them to another page for further instructions. Then I asked them a similar question to see if they had a better understanding. For those who answered questions correctly, they continued on with questions that continually increased in difficulty.

1) Student Products - This artifact has student products produced in my class. It shows that I have students collaborating with other and producing products that are meaningful and useful to a wider audience.

1) Student Data- This artifact meets the standard because it shows I can collect and analyze student data, interpret the results, and reflect on the findings to improve instructional practice.

Model effective classroom management and collaborative learning strategies to maximize teacher and student use of digital tools and resources and access to technology-rich learning environments
1) Management Strategies Blog Post - This post shows I can model effective classroom management even when students are using digital tools and resources in a technology rich learning environment.
2) This year I have spent a PD and time in my classroom learning how to use Insight. This program allows teachers to view students computer screens. I have also learned how to make classes so I can pull students into my class automatically and how to block websites I don't want students on. One of the most effective settings I have found is to block the entire internet except for the sites I want them to be on. I can create my own "Allow List" and students can't get on anything except for the approved sites. This artifact shows I can manage students use of technology while trying to promote a technology rich learning environment.
