Professional Development Plan
I have done a couple of these surveys to staff members at our school. I have found that throughout our building staff members are incorporating technology in a lot of different ways. I think we first need to create a website or some other type of tool to house all of the different types of tools being used in the building. We can have teachers list the tools they use, how they use them, and helpful tips or videos for each tool. This way other teachers can learn more about available technology being used in the building. I see this site being a living document that continues to grow as teachers try out new programs.
As we are building this site we also need to train teachers along the way. I feel like we have enough staff members who use a diversity of different programs that we can have a lot of teacher lead training. A great way to do this is offer small sessions and videos teachers can watch on their own time. I think having a meeting on the first Thursday of the month before and after school would accommodate most teachers and coaches. Also having a video session will help reach almost everyone. Each month we would meet on a topic like assessment tools, presentation tools, etc. Teachers can sign-up to show tools they use or tools they would like to see. During the meetings, teachers will get up and present different ideas on how to use the tool in the classroom and answer any questions. As teachers try out new tools, they can post comments, pros and cons, and other ideas on how to use the tool on the new website.

Student Impact Plan
I think having a follow-up survey would be a great way to measure student impact. Teachers could fill out a short survey on tools they implemented after the PD. They can include what worked, what didn't work, ideas to make the next PD better, and other tools they would like to see in explored in the future. Getting teacher feedback will help develop future PD's and give everyone else insight on what worked and didn't work inside the classroom.
I think it would also be a great idea to start every PD with an open discussion on the results from the last PD. Teachers could share tools they liked and how it has transformed learning in their classroom. This could lead to more teachers trying these tools. The idea of presenting new ideas is to find new ways to engage students. As a staff, we need to find as many tools as possible to help engage students. By doing this together, we can continue to build a huge list of ideas everyone can use. This will lead to a stronger curriculum for every subject where students take control of the classroom and their own learning.

Google Form and Flubaroo Tutorial
WOW!! What a great tool. I had never heard of Flubaroo before but I am ready to try it out. This tool will be great to use for quick assessments. I can see using this for warm-ups, short quizzes, ticket out the doors, and other checks for understanding. I love how easy it is to use and how quickly it grades and shows the results. I think the best feature is the option to email students the results. They can see their score along with the results for each question. It shows them their answer along with the correct answer. The only thing I worry about is how math friendly is Google Forms and how picky is the grading on Flubaroo. Will Flubaroo count a question wrong if it an equation is entered a little differently or can you put in multiple acceptable answers. Below is a tutorial on how to use this great tool.
