Differentiated Quiz using Google Forms
For this standard I created differentiated assessment using Google Forms. If students answered the question wrong, I sent them to another page for further instructions. Then I asked them a similar question to see if they had a better understanding. For those who answered questions correctly, they continued on with questions that continually increased in difficulty.

MathXL
This year I am using www.mathxlforschool.com. as another form of differentiated assessment. I can assign students problems on the program and they go through and answer them on the computer. If a student, gets the wrong answer, they can view a tutorial, an example, or the program will help them work out the problem step by step through a series of smaller questions. After the student gets help, they can ask for a similar problem to re-due the problem they missed. This program will then give them a score and let me see there score along with how much time was spent working on it.
